soul reaper jutsu
it makes the holder able to get a sythe from a real grim reaper
kage because can also kill them selfs and opponent
same requirements

kills your opponent but the user dies 2
must have legendary scroll of the death village
need to do soulreaper jutsu first and have the dikaza
